These Terms govern each visit and video purchase. Please read them before submitting content or paying for generation.

Agreement
By accessing or using DE Labs, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
DE Labs provides paid AI video generation without accounts, subscriptions, or prepaid credits. You choose a prompt and settings, review a time-limited USD quote, and may purchase one generation. Model availability, limits, and prices can change before a quote is accepted.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You may not use DE Labs where its use or the requested content is unlawful.
No accounts and private links
No sign-up is required. Your private link acts as the credential for a job. You are responsible for keeping it private, saving the result before access expires, and protecting data stored on your device.
Acceptable use
Do not submit illegal or exploitative material; content involving child sexual abuse; content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; or material intended to promote violence, harassment, or hate. Do not bypass security or pricing controls, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or use output for unlawful impersonation or high-risk automated decisions about people. Ordinary crawling of public pages is permitted when it respects published crawler rules.
Your content
You retain your rights in prompts, reference images, and other submitted material. You grant DE Labs a limited, non-exclusive license to process, transmit, retain, and delete that content only as needed to provide the requested generation, payment support, security, and the practices described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have permission to submit it.
Generated output
DE Labs does not claim ownership of your generated video. You may use it for lawful purposes, including commercial purposes, subject to the selected model’s rules and third-party rights. AI output may not qualify for copyright protection in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for checking trademarks, copyrighted material, likenesses, labels, and product accuracy before publishing.
AI limitations
AI models are probabilistic. Output may contain artifacts, inaccurate details, unexpected text, or a resemblance to real people or places. DE Labs is a creative tool, not a source of factual representation. Verify the result before relying on it.
Other services
DE Labs uses service providers for payment, hosting, analytics when permitted, prompt assistance, and video generation. Their terms and policies may apply to the processing they perform. Provider data-use practices can differ by model; review the notice shown before submitting sensitive material.
Prices, payment, and refunds
The displayed quote applies to the listed configuration for its stated validity period. Each new generation is a separate purchase. If DE Labs cannot complete a paid generation, it will initiate a refund to the original payment method. A completed result that does not match a creative preference is not a failed generation. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
Service availability
The service is provided on a best-effort basis without an uptime guarantee. DE Labs may change, rate-limit, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, including for safety, provider availability, or maintenance.
DE Labs property
DE Labs owns its name, logo, website design, software, and curated site content. This does not include your submitted content or the generated output addressed above. You may not copy or redistribute DE Labs property except as permitted by law.
Suspension and termination
DE Labs may block access or stop a job that violates these Terms or threatens the service. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and disputes survive termination where their nature requires it.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DE LABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, APPROPRIATE, OR FREE OF INFRINGING CONTENT.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DE Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Its aggregate liability concerning the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid DE Labs during the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and these limits may not apply to you.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify DE Labs against third-party claims resulting from content you lacked the right to submit, your unlawful use of output, or your material violation of these Terms.
California law and changes
California law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, while preserving mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. California state and federal courts have jurisdiction where legally permitted. DE Labs may update these Terms and will post a new date. Your continued use after an update accepts the revised Terms; a material change affecting a later purchase may require renewed acceptance.
