This notice explains the information involved when you price, purchase, and receive an AI video without creating an account.

Who we are
DE Labs is an independent AI video service operated from California, United States. Contact support@de-labs.net for privacy questions or requests.
What the service does
DE Labs turns a prompt and optional reference images into a short AI-generated video. It shows a USD quote before payment and uses a private link instead of an account.
Information involved
Information you submit
Prompts, reference images, selected settings, and improved prompts are processed to prepare and generate the video. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or regulated information.
Generated content
DE Labs stores the resulting video and related settings long enough to deliver it, support the transaction, and apply the retention schedule below.
Payment and support
Stripe processes card details. DE Labs receives transaction identifiers, payment and refund status, amount, and limited billing information Stripe makes available. Support email contains what you choose to send.
Analytics and device data
After permission, Google Analytics receives public-page URL, referring-site origin, device/browser information, approximate location, and selected funnel events. DE Labs deliberately excludes prompts, reference images, private job identifiers, and recovery tokens. The browser stores recent private links locally so you can reopen them.
What we do not require
DE Labs does not require an account, password, profile, contact list, or precise location.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure the service, calculate prices, process payment and refunds, generate and deliver videos, answer support requests, satisfy legal duties, and—with permission—measure public-page performance. AI providers have their own logging, retention, and training policies, which can differ by model. DE Labs does not promise that every available provider excludes training; review the notice before submitting content.
Cookies and browser storage
Necessary local storage remembers recent private links. Optional Google Analytics loads only after acceptance. Visit the Cookie Policy for the itemized inventory, removal instructions, and Cookie settings.

AI providers may log or retain inputs and outputs, use human review, or permit model improvement under terms that differ by provider and can change. DE Labs does not make a blanket promise that provider processing is excluded from training. Do not submit sensitive or confidential material. DE Labs may also disclose limited information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

Restricted disaster-recovery copies may persist for up to seven additional days. A documented legal hold can delay deletion of the limited records it covers.
Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@de-labs.net. Include enough information to locate the transaction; DE Labs will verify control of the private link or another suitable identifier. No account is required. Privacy rights vary by location, and DE Labs will honor applicable rights without unlawful discrimination.
International processing
DE Labs operates from the United States. Service providers may process information in other countries under their contractual and legal safeguards. Internet routing can also cross borders.
Children
DE Labs is for adults and is not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact support so it can be reviewed and deleted.
Security
DE Labs uses HTTPS, private recovery credentials, restricted storage, short-lived download links where available, and limited operational logging. No system is perfectly secure. Keep private links confidential and report suspected exposure promptly.
Changes
Material changes will appear here with a new “Last updated” date. Where appropriate, DE Labs will provide an additional notice before the change takes effect.
California disclosures
DE Labs collects the categories described above and shares them with the recipient categories listed above for business purposes. It does not use personal information for third-party direct marketing. DE Labs honors Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track as a rejection of optional analytics. Whether particular California Consumer Privacy Act provisions apply depends on statutory thresholds and circumstances; applicable requests can be sent to support.
